How is COP26 relevant to Idaho and Oregon?

We are excited about our next guest speaker, Dr. Gregg Walker, who has studied climate negotiations for almost 25 years, has attended the last 12 COPs (including Glasgow), and has participated in dozens of other UN climate change meetings. At Glasgow, Dr. Walker led two NGO teams as they negotiated and advocated for climate change policies and action. He is a Professor of Speech Communication and adjunct professor of Forest Resources at Oregon State University. He also spent a few years before grad school teaching high school in Nampa, Idaho!
